What are shared accounts?
Shared accounts are subscription credentials that are used by multiple customers simultaneously. The account owner (our supplier) keeps the subscription active; you receive login access to it. This is how we offer prices well below retail — you're sharing the seat cost with others.
Are shared accounts against terms of service?
Many subscription services prohibit account sharing in their ToS. We make no representation that using shared credentials complies with the vendor's ToS. By purchasing, you accept this risk. We are not affiliated with any vendor listed on this site.
What if the credentials stop working?
Contact support with your order number. We will replace credentials at no charge within the active subscription period if the account becomes inaccessible through no fault of yours (e.g., the provider changes the password).
Can I get a refund?
Because credentials are delivered digitally and immediately, we do not offer refunds after delivery. If credentials are DOA (dead on arrival — never work from the moment you receive them), we will replace them. See our Refund Policy for details.
