Data we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email address and payment details. Payment is processed by Stripe or NOWPayments — we never see or store full card numbers. For crypto payments, only your wallet address is visible to us. We collect your IP address to detect your region for currency display; we do not store it beyond the session.
How we use your data
Your email is used to deliver order credentials and transactional emails only. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in explicitly. Order data is retained to allow you to retrieve credentials and for fraud prevention.
Third-party processors
Stripe (card payments), NOWPayments (crypto), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
Cookies
We use only a session cookie for cart state and a CSRF token. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your order data by emailing privacy@betteraideals.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting order data removes access to your credential history.
