1. Nature of the products
BetterAIDeals sells shared account credentials — an email address and password that grant access to an active subscription maintained by a third-party supplier. The underlying account may be simultaneously active on other buyer sessions. You are purchasing access rights, not a unique license key or a personal subscription registered in your name.
2. Third-party terms of service
The vendors whose products appear on this site (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Netflix, Spotify, Adobe, and Canva) each maintain their own terms of service. Many of these terms prohibit account sharing. BetterAIDeals makes no representation that your use of shared credentials complies with any vendor's terms. You assume all risk arising from any vendor enforcing their terms, including loss of access without compensation.
3. Delivery and access
Credentials are delivered digitally to the email you provide and displayed on the order confirmation page immediately after payment is confirmed. Delivery is considered complete at that moment. It is your responsibility to record your credentials; we do not guarantee indefinite storage of order details.
4. No refunds after delivery
Because digital credentials are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are final after delivery. The sole exception is a DOA (dead on arrival) credential that cannot be used from the moment of receipt, for which we will provide a replacement credential at no charge upon verification. 5. Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share credentials purchased from this site. You may not use credentials for any purpose that violates applicable law. Any attempt to change the account password or security settings is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of replacement eligibility.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BetterAIDeals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller partner of any vendor listed on the site. Products are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
